I love my Eleglide T1 Step thru. Myself and pals really appreciate the build quality and appearance. To prolong it's lifetime, I have bought a spare battery, back wheel/ Motor and PAS unit. Handles great and flies up hills.Good service from Eleglide UK. I was wary buying such stuff online. But need not have worried.

The wheel arrived poorly packaged and had some damage and scratches, it is still straight and true though, I would have liked to have the cassette fitted as an optional extra but all items were easy to find and fit, rotor and cassette, I'm just getting a e tyre to put on it, my last wheel and motor has done 1545 miles and needs a service and a bit of grease and it should be ready.

Item arrived poorly packaged and is scratched, I haven't put it on my trueing device yet but the way it was packaged and the scratches on it suggests I'll have to true it, the biggest reason I give this product three stars is the main spindle being aluminium with a fine thread, it is very easy to overtighten, that said my original wheel and motor has done 1545 miles without a problem so these are well made and can do long distances without complaints so overall I'm pleased, I would have been happier if the website had the option to have a cassette fitted.
