Our official store and distributors all work with DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS shipping companies for our deliveries. We’ll send the shipping information to our customers by emails as soon as the shipping is started, including the shipping date, the tracking number and the tracking site.

Lost Parcel:
Eleglide is responsible for the delivery of your order. Even with the most reliable logistics providers, a package can encounter various issues during the transportation process.
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 working days or a longer period of time, you can contact the corresponding logistics provider to inquire about the status of the package, or you can contact Eleglide's customer service.
About Tax
Eleglide ships items globally and is not liable for any form of custom fees or taxes applicable on the items purchased from us. There’s a possible chance that your country may charge import duties on the items ordered through Eleglide. We strongly suggest you get acknowledged about your local Customs policy before ordering from us. If the buyer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.
