Vélo commandé un samedi après midi, expédié le lundi depuis le dépôt de Pologne et reçu dans la semaine. Donc excellente gestion de la part de la marque. Montage facile et bien expliqué dans le manuel. Il y a aussi des vidéos sur le net. A l'usage, très agréable, assistance efficace et puissante. Seul bé-mol, manque d'explications sur le menu caché de l'écran de commande. En résumé, je suis très content de mon achat. Après quelques réglages de la position du guidon vélo confortable et performant pour une utilisation VTC. La batterie a l'air de tenir ses promesses, je n'ai pu faire que 20_25 km de chemins avec un indicateur de charge toujours plein. Le système d'assistance est très agréable quand on l'a maîtrisé et je ne l'utilise quasiment pas réglé à 2. Livraison de Pologne il faut savoir patienter quelques jours. Excellent service client.

Good bike

Earlier in the year, I purchased an e-bike for my son from a different manufacturer and was very disappointed in the outcome. I had to make some personal adjustments and spend extra money to make the bike where we needed it to be for him. And I search online, till I find this new ebike from Eleglide. I was completely blown away by the look, quality, and of course, the performance of ebike. I can't stop saying good things about it. I am telling everyone I know about this company and how great their product is. My daughter is very interested in also starting to bike with my son and I, and I , 100% will buy another bike from these guys. The shipping was great and the product is very high-quality. I do wish they had an instructional video available online on how to put this particular bike together, but I was still able to manage the small assembly, which was required to put on the handlebars and the pedals and what not . All in all this bike is amazing and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Just opened it 2 days ago, so far so good. My 17-yo son absolutely loves it! It was well packaged, easy to put together, and it's so sleek. I was hesitant about making this purchase but I'm very happy with it. Hopefully, it holds up well. Would definitely purchase from this brand again if we want another one!

After receiving, it is indeed my want of the electric bicycle, the original concept of the electric bicycle because of the battery, so the whole bicycle will be heavy, but this design is cool, the battery is small and lightweight, remove and charge is easy, girls can easily navigate, appearance fashionable, tire is durable, finally can go out with my daughter to cycle exercise, ride tired can start the pedal assist function, very satisfied! Maybe my husband wants to buy it too!

I bought it for my son to get him around school and home. It was easy and powerful enough for him to ride.He loved it very much. Setting up is not difficult just need follow the instructions . Good quality and very sturdy. And the price is also Amazing!

I've ridden a few ebikes in the past, including other brand bikes. This one is the best! Came very well packaged, Some easy assembly required, but it was easy to put together. The instructions were clear, all the tools and pieces were included, and it didn't take too long. It is a 7-gear bike that rides really well. With the pedal assist turned on, it functions even smoother. Rides very comfortably and goes quite fast....Love it :)
