Very happy with eleglide in their communication with me and the speed of the delivery. I enjoyed putting the bike together.
I live in quite a hilly area and the bikes ability easily climb hills is fantastic! But because of the hills level 1 and 2 on the bike are redundant. But levels 3 to 5 more than make up for it.
The front mudguard is a bit flimsy and I have had to adjust it a few times. But all in all I'm very happy with the purchase!

Generally very pleased . I bought this to replace an electric bike that I had been using three or four times a week to keep me healthy after a triple heart bypass . The build quality is excellent and I had no trouble putting it together. It looks good and has a lot of things which are normally extras .. such as mudguards and a rack , lights etc . Comfortable grips and charging etc is simple .. as you don't have to remove the battery . The gear change is super smooth . You can't feel the change or even hear it ! My only criticism is the fact that to go at a reasonable speed you have to select the maximum assistance of level 5 . This seems silly as you cannot really exert yourself to increase your fitness by maintaining a good speed .. but with less assistance . So basically , if you want to travel at 25 kph you MUST be in assistance level 5 ... which of course eats the battery power and therefore drastically reduces the range of the bike . Would I buy it again if I knew this ? .. Yes .... but unlike my old bike where I good gradually build up my stamina by going the same speed but with less assistance this bike is almost too easy . Overall though ... very pleased

This bike is awesome! Really can get u around pretty swiftly (if u want it anyway)! Live in a small town nestled in a valley in the coastal range of Oregon and it’s mostly hills. This bike can get me anywhere I desire pretty quickly! I can also get to my fishing hole faster than loading up the car, then unloading it and having to haul my stuff to the fishing spot, then reverse to come home. Now I can just ride to my fishing spot. No hauling my gear as it’s with me. LOVE this bike!!!!

Stabil gebaut, gute Verarbeitung. Funktioniert einwandfrei und hat einen guten Vortrieb. Die mechanischen Scheibenbremsen könnten vielleicht noch etwas bissiger sein, gehen aber noch in Ordnung. Der Zusammenbau, auch mit deutscher Anleitung, ist gut zu bewerkstelligen - eine Montage zu zweit ist aber empfehlenswert. Den Kaufpreis im Hinterkopf, kann ich das Bike jedenfalls nach den bisherigen ersten Tests sehr empfehlen.

C'est mon premier VAE.Il est facile à monter, la notice est très clair.Aucun problème pour un usage quotidien.Et surtout, le vendeur répond et agit rapidement.J'ai reçu le vélo avec le disque avant et le pédalier voilé (ça ne m'a pas empêché de me servir du vélo). Je l'ai signalé au vendeur et il m'a envoyé les pièces de rechange sans faire de difficulté.Je recommande donc ce vélo au très bon rapport qualité/prix qui a un SAV au top. De plus tout les documents permettant d'avoir les subventions sont transmis sur demande.

Ich habe das Fahrrad vor ca. 1 Jahr für 999 Euro gekauft und seit dem in Nutzung.Das Rad kam gut verpackt an. Der Aufbau war leicht und schnell erledigt Die Anleitung dafür ist ausreichend, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Fahrrad hatte an der Sattelstange, am Rahmen und an der Tretkurbel einige kleine Kratzer. Nicht schlimm, aber für ein neues Fahrrad nicht OK. Die Reklamation brachte nach etwas hin und her 10% Preisnachlass. Damit war der Sachverhalt mir mich mehr als erledigt.Nun zum Fahrverhalten:Die Art der Unterstützung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedrüftig, aber ich finde sie besser als bei den hochpreisigen Rädern meiner Freunde. Man stellt eine Stufe ein, die für eine bestimmte Geschwindigkeit steht. Der Motor unterstützt dann bis zu dieser Geschwindigkeit (und das sehr kräftig). Danach und das finde ich sehr gut, tritt man allein weiter. Fällt die Geschwindigkeit unter den eingestellten Wert, wird wieder unterstützt. Bergauf stellt man einfach eine etwas höhere Stufe ein. Da die "Soll"-Geschwindigkeit dann nicht erreicht wird, wird permant unterstützt. Die 100km Reichweite konnte ich nicht testen, aber nach einer normalen Radtour mit ca. 50 km war der Akku noch mehr als halb voll.Die Scheibenbremsen sind gut. Da ich mit 120kg ein bisschen Masse mitbringe, habe ich die hintere Bremsen gegen eine hydraulische (31 Euro im Set) getauscht. Ging ganz einfach. In dieser Kombi ist das Bremsverhalten super.VerarbeitungDie Verarbeitung ist gut, die Optik wertig. Das günstige Rad erkennt man dann an den Kleinigkeiten. Die Bremshebel sind nicht sehr wertig und vermutlich muss ich sie in irgendwann austauschen. Die Schutzbleche sind aus Eisenblech und Kratzer fangen irgendwann an zu rosten. Unverständlich für mich ist die Abstimmung der Schaltung. Das man sie wie die Bremsen noch mal richtig einstellen muss ist sebstverständlich. Aber bei einem Kranz an der Tretkurbel mit 38 Zähnen muss man in Stufe 5 und dem 7. Gang wie ein Weltmeister treten. Kurz gesagt, die Übersetzung ist Mist. Ich habe die Tretkurbel gegen eine mit einem 48-iger Zahnkranz (40 Euro) getauscht. Natürlich braucht man dann auch eine neue Kette (120 Glieder - 15 Euro), aber das ist nicht schlimm, denn die Originalkette des Fahrrads ist ... naja. Mit dem 48-iger Kranz vorn hat man auch in Gang 7 und mit Stufe 5 noch etwas Widerstand beim Treten.Eine gefederte Sattelstange (70 Euro) habe ich mir auch noch geleistet. Alles in Allem habe ich also noch mal ca. 150 Euro investiert. Jetzt ist das Rad aber so, wie ich es mir wünsche. Im Moment kostet das Rad 849 Euro, also mit meinem Umbauten wäre man bei ca. 1000 Euro. Dafür ist das Rad dann ein echtes Schnäppchen.Weitere HinweiseAuf Grund der guten Erfahrungen habe ich vor 2 Wochen das Step Thru für meine Frau gekauft. Bei diesem gab es keine Kratzer oder andere Beanstandungen. Bei diesem Rad werde ich die gleichen Modifikationen vornehmen. Auch wenn meine Frau deutlich leichter ist, auch die hydraulische Bremse, denn ich habe ja noch eine übrig. Die passen nämlich vorn wie hinten.In anderen Rezessionen wurde von scharfkantigen Felgen und Aluspänen im Mantel berichtet. Ich habe deshalb bei beiden Rädern extra die Bereifung demontiert, kann dies aber nicht bestätigen. Vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach Glück. Auf jeden Fall habe ich mir bei Eleglide zwei Ersatzschläuche bestellt. Toll, dass es dort wirklich jedes Teil als Ersatzteil gibt.ZusammenfassungEin gutes Rad zu einem günstigen Preis. Jedem, der die kleinen Umbauten selbst erledigen kann würde ich das Rad uneingeschränkt empfehlen.Ach so, den Gashebel, der ja in Deutschland nicht erlaubt ist, habe ich einfach nicht montiert. Da das Rad ein CE Kennzeichen hat, gehe ich davon aus, dass der Freund und Helfer so nichts zu beanstanden hat.

Comparison with a citybike bought 2 years ago and at the same price.
The positive things:
complete light compartment with stop function, excellent build quality for the price, excellent tyres, good fork, good engine with good torque, mudguards and luggage rack, good braking system, nice saddle.
The negative things:
no hydraulic brake system, good non-color display with few customization possibilities and no password entry possible. Accelerator was better with knob, bell poor and not electric. Engine a little rough, a torque sensor was better, but that doesn't even have the competition at this price.
Compared to the city bike, I appreciated the riding position and the ability to better absorb the bumpy ride of the city.
Like the new city bike, I had to adjust, the handlebars, brakes and gears were quite out of order. Same level of autonomy even if the city had 10 Ah and not 13Ah like this one.
Overall good product and I am happy with the purchase that I would make again.
Hard to find a nice bike like this for the same price.

Der Verkäufer nimmt es mit den Lieferzeiten nicht so ernst. Die Zustellung hat, entgegen der ursprünglichen Angaben wenige Tage länger gedauert, aber nach etwa 2 Wochen wurde das Bike sehr gut gesichert und verpackt zugestellt.Der Aufbau lässt sich mit einem Multifunktionstool, dass mit geliefert wird und der Anleitung gut und schnell, auch für nicht Handwerker bewältigen.Das Bike ist absolut hochwertig, sehr stabil und komfortabel. Die Gänge lassen sich butterweich schalten, die einzelnen Stufen über Display kinderleicht auswählen. Ein sehr gut gelungenes Bike. Mein Nachbar hat ein vergleichbares E-Bike von einem Markenhersteller für über 5000 Euro angeschafft, welches ich auch gefahren bin. Beim besten Willen, aber ich als Laie, kann keinen Unterschied feststellen. Vielleicht merkt man den Unterschied, wenn man den Mount - Everest besteigen möchte, aber im Alltag und zu normalen Tourzwecken, auch im Gelände gibt es für mich keinen wahrnehmbaren Unterschied.Abschließend muss ich sagen, dass ich auch, bevor ich meine Entscheidung für dieses Bike festgelegt habe, verschiedenste Modelle bei einem großen Fahrradhändler angeschaut, probegefahren und verglichen habe. Es gab kein E-Bike unter 3000 Euro, dass vergleichbar gewesen wäre und von meiner Seite keine Bereitschaft einen solchen Betrag in ein Fahrrad zu investieren. Jetzt bin ich wahrhaft erstaunt und so überwältigt von der Qualität dieses Bikes, dass ich eine Rezension schreiben musste. Absolute Empfehlung.

have now driven about 350 km on it and it meets all my expectations. it's nice and easy to drive even without the help of the engine, I haven't tried to test how far it goes on a charge, but I think I can get it up to 75 - 80 km with a weight of 90 kg. can only recommend eliglide fast trade and transport. if i had more money i would buy more from them ;)

C'est mon deuxième vélo électrique : le premier venait de chez décathlon et était un peu plus cher que celui-ci.Très bien emballé.Il faut compter 1h30 pour le montage.Je conseille de bien tout resserrer après deux ou trois sorties.Le meilleur VTC rapport qualité/prix d'entrée de gamme à ma connaissance.Y'a clairement pas photo : il est robuste et les matériaux sont de bonne qualité.La batterie tient bien la charge et le vélo est bien équipé de base : phare avant + arrière, catadioptres, porte-bagages, suspension avant réglable, la selle est confortable, la pneumatique est de bonne qualité.Le meilleur vélo rapport qualité/prix entrée de gamme à ma connaissance.Deux points négatif :- Il est lourd, pas adapté pour être monté dans un appartement ou utilisé sans l'aide électrique.- Le compteur n'affiche pas le kilométrage total parcouru.Rectification : Le compteur affiche bien le kilométrage total parcouru, il suffit de "cliquer" sur le bouton de mise en marche pour faire défiler les options d'affichage, ce n'était pas indiqué dans la notice mais j'ai fini par trouver.5 étoiles.

La batteria ha le capacita descritte. Asistenza programata da un'esperto, modello fresco technologicamente, sopratutto il motore senza le spazzole: silenzioso, eficiente, se vai senza asistenza non prende energia come altri modelli. Disegnio fatto bene, piccola cosa: il manubrio non regolabile l'altezza, con pochi soldi va cambiato per city bike che é più commodo.

Gebraucht um es alles zusammen zuschrauben ist aber normal.Akku hält tatsächlich was er verspricht und der Motor auch.

Lo que más me ha sorprendido es la potencia del motor. Tiene suficiente fuerza para subir cuestas muy empinadas casi sin esfuerzo. He visto picos de casi 500w de potencia instante. La batería no he conseguido descargarla ni la mitad de una vez hasta ahora. El mayor recorrido de seguido han sido unos 50 km. Se hechan en falta más platos... al llegar a los 25 km /h "+,-", empiezas a pedalear en vacío pero la verdad que a esta velocidad andas bastante bien. Aunque estaba muy bien empaquetada la bici, venía con un rasguño en la aleta trasera. Se ve que el daño lo ha sufrido en la cadena de montaje o embalaje. No le di mucha importancia ya que éra lo único que tenía de "malo". La recomiendo 100%

War echt angenehm überrascht. Das Fahhrad wirkt sogar viel hochpreisiger. Der oft zu lesende "Kabelsalat" am Lenkerübertrifft ist eine rein optische Sache. Die Funktion ist dadurch def. nicht beeinträchtigt.Zusammenbau war leicht. Die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit hatte man zwar vergessen zu beschreiben, war aber leicht lösbar.Die schnelle Lieferung (via DPD) und die hochwertige Verpackung haben von Anfang an eine starken und positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, bin echt begeistert.

Ce vélo est d’une grande qualité de fabrication. A l’utilisation il confirme les premières impressions. Il a une grande autonomie, plus de 100 km en mode assistance 1 & 2. Le vendeur est à l’écoute, je l’ai sollicité pour obtenir le certificat de conformité, et il m’a envoyé dans la journée tous les documents nécessaires à la demande de prime à l’achat d’un VAE.

Zuallererst, weil ich das zu diesem Rad immer wieder mal gelesen habe: es ist nicht illegal dieses Rad im öffentlichen Verkehr zu fahren, wenn man den Gashebel weglässt und die Einstellungen am Rad nicht verändert. Es hat auch das benötigte CE Siegel (siehe Foto).Es kam sehr gut verpackt an und ließ sich gut aufbauen. Man bekommt für das Geld ein wertiges Rad. Die Bremssättel habe ich gleich gegen XTech Sättel getauscht, obwohl die vorhandenen eigentlich gar nicht so schlecht waren und einwandfrei funktionierten. Der Austausch war kein Problem. Ich habe mir noch bequemere Griffe gegönnt, aber auch die vorhandenen waren absolut ausreichend. Das Rad springt erst nach einer kurzen Verzögerung an, was auch gut so ist, denn sonst wäre das Anfahren eher heikel. Es hat einen guten Anzug und macht wirklich Spaß. Auch 20 Kilometer Waldweg steckt das Rad gut weg. Für den Alltag in der Stadt ist dieses Rad uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Got this for my partner as her cyclomatic bike is showing its age. After ordering a different bike that nearly took 2 months to come and was eventually canceled I ordered this one. It came within a week and was pretty simple to assemble and she loves it so would recommend it.

Seit einer Woche habe ich das E-Bike zuhause und es gab anfangs probleme mit einer bremse. Diese wurden aber durch den Verkäufer und mich gelöst. Es war gut verpackt aber dadurch sind auch ein paar Montagearbeiten nötig. Diese sind aber relativ einfach durchzuführen.Im großen und ganzen in diesem Preissegment ein tolles Rad.
