As you embark on your e-bike journey, we would like to provide you with some valuable tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

(1) Please charge your battery to 100% before commencing your ride. This is imperative as the battery power is deliberately kept below 60% prior to shipping.

(2) Prior to riding, please ensure that the tire pressure is at the recommended level. Our manufacturing process adheres to a standard of 60% tire pressure.

(3) For your convenience and peace of mind, we suggest keeping one of the keys at home as a backup in the event of misplacement.

We acknowledge that these guidelines may pose some inconvenience; however, it is important to note that our packaging design complies with the regulations set forth by the European Union.
