Some issues with the delivery (a bit longer time that expected).. But when er got it, it was very easy to Assembly. Very Good. My son have been very pleased with the bike. good power and speed. We had some issues to start it after that my had wash to bike. ? We put the bike in our warm garage and tested again after 24h. Then the electrical system started again. So far we are happy

I bought the Mi Plus direct from Eleglide.com. The process was straightforward on-line. Delivery following orders and payment took about 2 weeks. It arrived well packaged in cardboard box. I needed to assemble (1) the front wheel (2) the handlebars (3) the foot pedals - one screwed on clockwise but the other screws on anti-clockwise. Also needed to screw on the front light and few other little things. All was straightforward but took about 2 hours. I charged the battery which it seems takes about 8 hours. Personally I added ( purchased separately) mudguards and saddle bags. Cycling on the bike is a good experience. The battery has 5 assist modes. "1" the lowest gives a barely minimal assist and 3 seems to be the medium. 3 is probably the one I use most, except higher in very steep hills. I found the bike excellent in this French exceptionally windy weather of up to 30km per hour in September 2024. I still went cycling in that weather. So the bike means hills and strong wind in your face, is no longer an impediment to going on relatively long journeys. The battery seems to do distance as advertised. One issue I notice when only 3 of the 6 battery bars are left it's getting time to charge, as that may last only about 10km max ( so three bars does not signify half left it's probably about only 10%. Also tha App can be slow to kick in ( takes a few minutes) and when cycling it can go offline. Overall the Eleglide M1 Plus is an excellent value bike. You get a great bang for your buck! Goid value and so far delivering as I would have hope for performance wise.

Some issues with the front disc brakes

Firstly, the M1 plus was really great value for money, which is important in this finacial climate. The ordering was easy and the delivery was very quick indeed. I have had nothing but good experiences riding my new eglide M1 plus. If your looking for an overall great experience and don't want the expense of a motorbike or car, look no further. I have had my M1+ for almost 12 months and I love it, so far I have replaced 1 brake cable, 1 set of brake pads, and the screen. I have done over 2000 miles so far, the tyres are still good for another 2000 by the looks of them. I did buy a second battery so I could go away for a weekend on the bike if needed and both batteries are still as good as when bought them, the bike is still solid with no issues at all. I could not be more impressed with my bike. Customer service is good to, I wouldn't normally put this much effort into a feedback but credit where credit is due. Well done eleglide the M1+ is fantastic for the price

I think quality wise it is amazing, I also think it is very smart app with it.

I didn't like it especially because of the brakes but then I found a way to tighten them a bit. another thing I don't like is the gearbox, it's really annoying, it doesn't change gears. the rest everything ok

Being aged 74 I had a hip replacement lately, I have used my Eleglide ebike as recoup exercise. It works great in all speeds, and even as an ordinary bike I can now do 10 kilometers per day, and find it a great help on the hills. Great price, and highly recommended.

The bike is very sturdy and well thought out. I especially like the pedal assist because I am retired now and it helps me to ride up hills and banks. Since I bought the M1+ I have been out on it nearly every day which is more exercise than I've had for years. I like everything about the bike and it looks as if it will last me for years. Early days and the weather hasn't allowed much cycling yet. However, first impressions of the bike are excellent. Two negatives: 1) raising the handlebars if required, is inhibited by a very short front brake pair of cables. (there are two; one mechanical and one electrical) 2) none of the published accessories (including such basics as mudguards etc) are available to UK purchasers. If Eleglide woudl sort out these poor aspects of their service, I would be giving them 100%. As it is: 75%

I am totally flashed by this bicycle. Quality is much better than expected. The frame appears to be very robust, but still light-weight. Unfortunately I had an error with the motor/controller whatsoever so I do regularly see the E40-Error, but the Support team was of great help here. I am sending it back and get refunded. Though I made these experiences I will buy an M1Plus 29" again as I think this error is a one-off which can happen at more expensive bikes as well and, last but not least, I am 195cm tall and so this bike fits. Normally I would prefer a Trekking bike like the T1, but this appears to be too small for me. But the accessory market could provide me with a carrier rack and Mudguards I could do on my own as you can see in the photos so I am now having the functionality of a Trekking bike with the off-road capabilities of a Mountainbike. I do recommend this bike to anybody not willing to spend a fortune for a bicycle.

Alles wie beschrieben, sicher ist das Teil nicht für Alpinen Touren geeignet aber für den alltäglichen Gebrauch in Hügeligen Gelände macht das Bike einen guten Eindruck.

Akku und Motor sind wirklich top, für den Alltagsgebrauch absolut zu empfehlen. Ich war beeindruckt über die gute Qualität zu diesem Preis (kann man bei versch. Tests im Netz auch nachlesen). Sehr schönes und gutes e-Bike. Gasgriff sollte man in Deutschland weglassen, da man sonst gegen die StVO verstößt.Größe für einen Erwachsenen Mann mit 178cm und 95 kg absolut passend.

Lieferung kam schnell an.Das aufbauen war relativ einfach, ca 20min.Testfahrt mit dem Bike hat mich echt überzeugt. Nur das da keine Zubehöre wie zb. Rücklicht oder Schutzbleche mit dabei sind. Ansonsten lässt es sich gut fahren, vorallem bergauf zieht der Motor mit.Katzenreflektoren sollte man woanders kaufen, da die mitgelieferten nicht halten. Eines ist beim draufmachen kaputt gegangen und es sind nur 2 mitgeliefert worden.Preisleistung super

Auf der Suche nach einem nicht allzu teuren E-Bike bin ich durch Testberichte, auf dieses E-Bike gestossen. Alle gelesenen, Testberichte und Kommentare bzw Rezension sind genauso wie ich selbst von diesem Bike preis-leistungstechnisch fasziniert.Bin jetzt knapp 550km gefahren muss sagen top E-Bike! Ein bekannter meinte so ein billiges. E-Bike kann nichts taugen, aber er wurde auch vom Gegenteil überzeugt, dass es kaum Unterschied zu seinem 3000 € + E-Bike gibt.Der Akku reicht ganz gut für die 100km+/-Auf unterstützungsstufe 4/5 bin ich ca 95km mit der Akkuladung hingekommen. (85kg)Leider gibt es auch paar negative Punkte1. Der nicht höhenverstellbare Lenker ( gefixt durch zusätzliche Verlängerung 15-20€)2. leichte Unwucht vorne und hinten (kann auch am DPD liegen so Karton war angeditscht)* Laut Werkstatt leicht zu beheben*3. Gangschaltung etwas zu ungenau eingestellt am Anfang (wer sich auskennt justiert nach)4. Lange Ladedauer (7h ca)Aber bei dem Preis kann man locker drüber hinweg sehen. D

Alles hat super geklappt der Aufbau war durch das mitgelieferte Werkzeug schnell erledigt .Preis Leistung ist absolut top einfach ein geniales Rad.Die erste Tour hab ich auch schon hinter mir und bin voll zufrieden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen was ich auch schon gemacht hab .Rückfragen beim Kundenservice sind auch immer sofort Beantwortet worden .Also Preis ,Qualität , Kundenservice alles super.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Preis Leistung Top habe das Rad gestern erhalten und auch schon getestet alles super. Zusammenbau auch recht einfach. Habe denn Verkäufer vorab auch wegen ein paar Informationen angeschrieben, wurde mir immer sofort geantwortet. Einzige Manko sind die Fahrradbremsen diese sind sehr locker am Lenkrad bzw. sehr viel Spiel nach oben und nach unten als ob sie nicht richtig fest geschraubt sind.. Aber da ich kompletter Leihe bin in Sache E-bike kann ich nicht sagen ob das so gehört. Bremsen funktionieren mal sehr gut und das ist wichtig. Ich kann nur sagen alles Tip Top soweit.

Ich als Einsteiger bin begeistert. Der Versand hat knapp eine Woche gedauert und der Aufbau ca. 1 Stunde (habe mir Zeit gelassen). Das Rad fährt sich sehr angenehm und sieht zudem noch klasse aus! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen!

This is quite a heavy bike but it is solidly built and good value. It comes partially assembled and is easy to complete the build. The controls are easy to use and the motor kicks in plenty of power when needed. 5 levels of power assist and I have rarely used more than 3 on local Cornish hills. Battery seems to last quite a long time as well. Highly recommend but be aware it is on the heavy side.

If there is anything I will never regret is buying this bicycle, and the bicycle is very good. And also is very cheap, you can increase the speed to 32 kilometre per hour.

Un rapport qualité/prix incroyable, une livraison rapide et soignée, un vendeur réactif et efficace, que demander de plus ?Le montage du vélo était un peu délicat (dérailleur avant mal réglé et étrier de frein avant qui frotte), mais avec quelques tutos, on s'en sort très bien.L'assistance au pédalage est nerveuse, c'est un vrai plaisir de reprendre les sentiers avec ce nouveau destrier :)2 petits points négatifs, la selle est à changer, c'est un bout de plastique horriblement dur, et il n'y a pas de garde-boue.Ces 2 défauts sont pour moi mineurs au vu dur rapport qualité/prix de ce vélo.Je recommande chaudement !

J'ai commandé ce vélo electrique pour pouvoir me rendre au travail, je ne m'attendais pas à grand chose et bien c'est une dinguerie ! le vélo était super bien emballé, facile à monter, très confortable et surtout avec la gachette nullement besoin de pédaler hormis sur de très grosse cote ou il faut assister légèrement. Je recommande vivement le produit !

Ce vélo est bien agréable. J’ai eu un souci avec le capteur qui était défaillant. Le service après vente a été très très efficace et l’a remplacé. Encore merci à eux. J’ai reçu le paravol, certificat de conformité et facture, nécessaires pour faire la demande d’aide de l’État (France). Reste à savoir si ces derniers bloquent ou pas sur les vélos venus d’un autre pays. Je fais des super balades pour un prix très abordable (je n’aurais pas acheté plus cher)

Eleglide m1 plus acheté le 4 juillet 2023. Montage simple. Après 3 semaines, c'est un très bon vélo. Assistance électrique réussie. Freinage de qualité sans bruit. Légers voilages des roues avant et arrière mais sans conséquence. Petit souci hier sous la pluie, le compteur a pris l'eau ! Le sav au top a réagi très vite et m'en renvoie un neuf en précisant d'être vigilent la prochaine fois. Du coup question, le compteur ne serait pas étanche ? L'accélérateur livré en accessoire est top je ne pourrai plus m'en passer. Enfin, mon dossier rempli est transmis à ile de France mobilité pour obtenir 350€.

Super vélo rien à dire

Absolutely love this bike, managed to pick it up for £622 in a flash sale, ordered Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Have done over 170 miles now since purchase, often used in low assistance mode 1&2 (still need a good workout) and having covered over 80 miles, I put the battery on charge, but it still showed two bars on battery. Sometimes I’ve noticed the motor does not always kick in when using assistance 5, slight delay. Bike is very heavy, however, was aware this would be the case, a solid well built bike, would highly recommend.

Acquistata un anno fa per fare circa 20 km giornalieri su strada asfaltata e senza salite impegnative.Dopo un paio di mesi ho avuto un problema, e contatta la ditta venditrice, l'ho risolto facilmente.Ovviamente non è una bici elettrica da 3.000 euro ed ovviamente le sue prestazioni sono riconducibili alla fascia di prezzo. E' stata usata anche per fare dei sterrati e chi l'ha utilizzata si è trovato bene.Ho trovato il sellino rigido e scomodo, quindi l'ho sostituito con un altro più comodo e spendendo una ventina di euro. complessivamente soddisfatta dell'acquisito, soprattutto sul rapporto qualità/prezzo

Prodotto arrivato puntuale. Tutte le componenti erano presenti nel pacco. L'acquisto di una e-bike in gran parte preassemblata prevedeva il montaggio di alcune parti. La tempistica di montaggio è stata poco più lunga di quanto previsto nelle descrizioni di acquisto. Erano inoltre presenti alcuni semplici attrezzi idonei al montaggio.Alcune informazioni relative al funzionamento della parte elettrica erano, secondo me, lievemente insufficienti e mi hanno portato a credere che vi fosse un difetto in quanto fornito, ma l'assistenza via email del venditore è stata ottima e ho risolto ogni problema.

As an affordable electric mountain bike this is great. One of the cheaper ones about and it was easy to assemble and rides well. You could also ride it without the battery if you wanted.The construction is what you'd expect from a basic to good quality mountain bike. Having the motor and battery for this price is a steal.I contacted customer support with a couple of questions and they were helpful.Recommend it!

I love my new bike, it's so light and fast, not keen on extra wide handlebars but getting then cut, had to oder female saddle, I can do my work now faster with this, love love love it. Janey M

Spent quite a bit if time deciding weather to get this or another bike. I'm so glad I chose this Eleglide M1 plus, only took 3 days from ordering to receiving it, and I'm well impressed so far. The speed is brilliant so effortless to ride. The build seems solid, thought I had a problem initially with the battery as couldn't get it to switch on & thought it was flat, but was just me not pressing & holding the control unit on handlebar for 3 secs. Early days yet so may have to come back and update with any issues if I get them, but for now I'll give 5 stars awesome bike.

Tolles E-Bike! Zugegebenermaßen ist es schon sehr schwer. Ich bin 174 cm und muss sagen dass das 27.5 völlig gereicht hätte. Die Anlieferung über DPD war leider etwas unbefriedigend aber der Verkäufer hat sich sehr bemüht eine Alternative zu finden. Also auch der Service sehr gut! Alles in allem: TOP

I have the M1 plus upgraded version for 4 months now. I have used it regularly on reasonably hilly roads around Cork city, Ireland totalling 1300km.The positives:1) The motor can deal with all of the hills so far and some are pretty steep.2) The battery has never run out on me so far. The longest cycle ride was 65km at assist level 3 and 4 and i had between 1 and 2 bars left on the battery when I got home.3) The bike is perfect for my weight (76kg or 12 stone) and height (178cm or 5' 10") and is adjustable for someone who is 158cm to 182cm4) Brakes work very well especially on steep down hills and require simple but regular adjustment.5) Well-built and reliable. No mechanical faults so far.The negatives:1) I had to replace the tyres (and tubes) for tyres that were more puncture resistant than the supplied tyres. I had gotten four punctures in two weeks and had never gone off road. No punctures so far with the new ones after two and a half months.2) Very uncomfortable saddle supplied which I changed for something more suitable for less than €17 from Amazon delivered.3) Battery and electrics are not suitable for heavy rain although a generic rain cover for the battery is worth getting.Neither positive nor negative:1) Buy spare brake pads before you need them and teach yourself how to change them and adjust them. (Not difficult)2) Adding mudguards is worth the money and effort.3) Adding a back carrier and carrier bag/panier to carry tools, spare brake pads, a puncture repair kit and a spare tube and pump will save you when the inevitable happens. I have needed them all in the 1300km travelled.Overall, I'm 55 with bad lungs from years of heavy smoking (stopped just before I got the Ebike) and I can now go to places that I would have had difficulty walking to, and much further too. I am very pleased with the bike, the freedom and the distance the bike can travel on assist mode. I even enjoy cleaning and maintaining it.

Ce vélo respire la qualité , je l'ai reçu une semaine aprés ma commande , trés rapide . Montage pas trés compliqué malgré un manuel pas trés explicite .Vélo super bien emballé quelle surprise pour du chinois . Acquistati due esemplari per utilizzo interno in azienda, abbiamo potuto solo constatarne l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Due collaboratori la usano per trasferimenti di circa 20km al giorno senza il minimo problema e l'assistenza elettrica è potente e ben regolata. Montata da noi stessi in mezz'ora, abbiamo anche notato la presenza di alcuni piccoli ricambi di scorta già in dotazione. Ovviamente non è una bici iper-professionale, ma a quel prezzo siamo molto oltre tanti concorrenti ben più costosi. Excellent vélo électrique. Superbe coloris et qualité de fabrication. Batterie endurante et puissance suffisante pour les sorties et trajets domicile/travail quotidiens. J'ai cependant rajouté une tige de selle suspendue pour encore plus de confort. Je recommande.

Vélo reçu dans les temps, très bien emballé, il me permet de m'éloigner et de visiter des lieux autour de chez moi encore inconnu. facile à recharger et très bonne autonomie SUPER CONTENT, JE RECOMMANDE.

Cherchant le meilleur rapport qualité prix en vélo électrique je suis tombé sur ce vtt. Utilisé sur route et pinède sans problème. Très grosse autonomie. Facile à monter. Quelques réglages sont nécessaires mais rien d énorme. Très polyvalent. Un excellent achat.

un super velo pour le prix ,ce que je recherhais c'est une bonne automie faire au moins 40 kmj'ai aussi un p'tit fiido d1 depuis 2 ans et la l'automie c'est plus trop ca mais le probleme que sans baterie , impossible a pedaléla avec le M1 j'ai plus ce probleme , en plus meme sans assitance , t'arrive a pedaler sans probleme

La bici è arrivata nei tempi previsti e adesso dopo 5 giorni posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto avendo la stessa un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Montata abbastanza facilmente nel giro di mezz'ora.
