Un rapport qualité/prix incroyable, une livraison rapide et soignée, un vendeur réactif et efficace, que demander de plus ?Le montage du vélo était un peu délicat (dérailleur avant mal réglé et étrier de frein avant qui frotte), mais avec quelques tutos, on s'en sort très bien.L'assistance au pédalage est nerveuse, c'est un vrai plaisir de reprendre les sentiers avec ce nouveau destrier :)2 petits points négatifs, la selle est à changer, c'est un bout de plastique horriblement dur, et il n'y a pas de garde-boue.Ces 2 défauts sont pour moi mineurs au vu dur rapport qualité/prix de ce vélo.Je recommande chaudement !

J'ai commandé ce vélo electrique pour pouvoir me rendre au travail, je ne m'attendais pas à grand chose et bien c'est une dinguerie ! le vélo était super bien emballé, facile à monter, très confortable et surtout avec la gachette nullement besoin de pédaler hormis sur de très grosse cote ou il faut assister légèrement. Je recommande vivement le produit !

Ce vélo est bien agréable. J’ai eu un souci avec le capteur qui était défaillant. Le service après vente a été très très efficace et l’a remplacé. Encore merci à eux. J’ai reçu le paravol, certificat de conformité et facture, nécessaires pour faire la demande d’aide de l’État (France). Reste à savoir si ces derniers bloquent ou pas sur les vélos venus d’un autre pays. Je fais des super balades pour un prix très abordable (je n’aurais pas acheté plus cher)

Eleglide m1 plus acheté le 4 juillet 2023. Montage simple. Après 3 semaines, c'est un très bon vélo. Assistance électrique réussie. Freinage de qualité sans bruit. Légers voilages des roues avant et arrière mais sans conséquence. Petit souci hier sous la pluie, le compteur a pris l'eau ! Le sav au top a réagi très vite et m'en renvoie un neuf en précisant d'être vigilent la prochaine fois. Du coup question, le compteur ne serait pas étanche ? L'accélérateur livré en accessoire est top je ne pourrai plus m'en passer. Enfin, mon dossier rempli est transmis à ile de France mobilité pour obtenir 350€.

This is quite a heavy bike but it is solidly built and good value. It comes partially assembled and is easy to complete the build. The controls are easy to use and the motor kicks in plenty of power when needed. 5 levels of power assist and I have rarely used more than 3 on local Cornish hills. Battery seems to last quite a long time as well. Highly recommend but be aware it is on the heavy side.

Absolutely love this bike, managed to pick it up for £622 in a flash sale, ordered Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. Well packaged and easy to assemble. Have done over 170 miles now since purchase, often used in low assistance mode 1&2 (still need a good workout) and having covered over 80 miles, I put the battery on charge, but it still showed two bars on battery. Sometimes I’ve noticed the motor does not always kick in when using assistance 5, slight delay. Bike is very heavy, however, was aware this would be the case, a solid well built bike, would highly recommend.

Acquistata un anno fa per fare circa 20 km giornalieri su strada asfaltata e senza salite impegnative.Dopo un paio di mesi ho avuto un problema, e contatta la ditta venditrice, l'ho risolto facilmente.Ovviamente non è una bici elettrica da 3.000 euro ed ovviamente le sue prestazioni sono riconducibili alla fascia di prezzo. E' stata usata anche per fare dei sterrati e chi l'ha utilizzata si è trovato bene.Ho trovato il sellino rigido e scomodo, quindi l'ho sostituito con un altro più comodo e spendendo una ventina di euro. complessivamente soddisfatta dell'acquisito, soprattutto sul rapporto qualità/prezzo

Erano inoltre presenti alcuni semplici attrezzi idonei al montaggio.Alcune informazioni relative al funzionamento della parte elettrica erano, secondo me, lievemente insufficienti e mi hanno portato a credere che vi fosse un difetto in quanto fornito, ma l'assistenza via email del venditore è stata ottima e ho risolto ogni problema.

As an affordable electric mountain bike this is great. One of the cheaper ones about and it was easy to assemble and rides well. You could also ride it without the battery if you wanted.The construction is what you'd expect from a basic to good quality mountain bike. Having the motor and battery for this price is a steal.I contacted customer support with a couple of questions and they were helpful.Recommend it!

Spent quite a bit if time deciding weather to get this or another bike. I'm so glad I chose this Eleglide M1 plus, only took 3 days from ordering to receiving it, and I'm well impressed so far. The speed is brilliant so effortless to ride. The build seems solid, thought I had a problem initially with the battery as couldn't get it to switch on & thought it was flat, but was just me not pressing & holding the control unit on handlebar for 3 secs. Early days yet so may have to come back and update with any issues if I get them, but for now I'll give 5 stars awesome bike.

Tolles E-Bike! Zugegebenermaßen ist es schon sehr schwer. Ich bin 174 cm und muss sagen dass das 27.5 völlig gereicht hätte. Die Anlieferung über DPD war leider etwas unbefriedigend aber der Verkäufer hat sich sehr bemüht eine Alternative zu finden. Also auch der Service sehr gut! Alles in allem: TOP

I have the M1 plus upgraded version for 4 months now. I have used it regularly on reasonably hilly roads around Cork city, Ireland totalling 1300km.The positives:1) The motor can deal with all of the hills so far and some are pretty steep.2) The battery has never run out on me so far. The longest cycle ride was 65km at assist level 3 and 4 and i had between 1 and 2 bars left on the battery when I got home.3) The bike is perfect for my weight (76kg or 12 stone) and height (178cm or 5' 10") and is adjustable for someone who is 158cm to 182cm4) Brakes work very well especially on steep down hills and require simple but regular adjustment.5) Well-built and reliable. No mechanical faults so far.The negatives:1) I had to replace the tyres (and tubes) for tyres that were more puncture resistant than the supplied tyres. I had gotten four punctures in two weeks and had never gone off road. No punctures so far with the new ones after two and a half months.2) Very uncomfortable saddle supplied which I changed for something more suitable for less than €17 from Amazon delivered.3) Battery and electrics are not suitable for heavy rain although a generic rain cover for the battery is worth getting.Neither positive nor negative:1) Buy spare brake pads before you need them and teach yourself how to change them and adjust them. (Not difficult)2) Adding mudguards is worth the money and effort.3) Adding a back carrier and carrier bag/panier to carry tools, spare brake pads, a puncture repair kit and a spare tube and pump will save you when the inevitable happens. I have needed them all in the 1300km travelled.Overall, I'm 55 with bad lungs from years of heavy smoking (stopped just before I got the Ebike) and I can now go to places that I would have had difficulty walking to, and much further too. I am very pleased with the bike, the freedom and the distance the bike can travel on assist mode. I even enjoy cleaning and maintaining it.

Acquistati due esemplari per utilizzo interno in azienda, abbiamo potuto solo constatarne l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Due collaboratori la usano per trasferimenti di circa 20km al giorno senza il minimo problema e l'assistenza elettrica è potente e ben regolata. Montata da noi stessi in mezz'ora, abbiamo anche notato la presenza di alcuni piccoli ricambi di scorta già in dotazione. Ovviamente non è una bici iper-professionale, ma a quel prezzo siamo molto oltre tanti concorrenti ben più costosi. Venditore efficiente ed in grado di risolverci un piccolo problema riscontrato in meno di un'ora.

I live at the top of a hill in lincoln, and my lady friend lives across lincoln at the top of another hill! So,after having mountain bikes for years I thought I'd upgrade to this,so this morning I took it out and up Lincolns steepest Hill.. well it didn't even struggle! I'm 14 stone and it just effortlessly went up..just need to master the 21 gears with the 5 assist modes,which gives you about105 variables! Great looking machine too.. that's what caught my eye initially..I can't imagine that more expensive bikes can be any better..it ticks every box for me!

My partner has a e bike and I really liked the thought of one :) so I bit the bullet and brought this one and I’m very pleased I would highly recommended for someone who wants to start with a respectable priced electric bike

È la mia prima e e-bike,sono sorpreso dalla qualità e dalle prestazioni di questo mezzo di trasporto che è una via di mezzo tra una bici e un piccolo motorino,un ciao per fare un esempio,con la differenza che hai costi zero..A 5 di potenza e un rapporto medio lungo,si possono fare partenze eslposive,in salita con rapporto cortissimo e potenza a 1 va senza farti faticare e senza sovraccarcare troppo la batteria... non vedo l'ora che arrivi la bella stagione per sfruttarla al 100%,al momento solo giri di prova,ma soddisfattissimo..unica nota negativa la durezza impressionante del tasto di accensione del coputerino.. I freni si devono livellare un po',ma efficaci,il cambio Shimano già ben sincronizzato al primo utilizzo,spero di essere soddisfatto ancora cosi a fine stagione,sono fiducioso..

Ottima bici. Bella linea e colorazione. Ottima durata della batteria. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per migliorarla mancherebbe solo l'ammortizzatore posteriore, ma a questo prezzo direi che siamo già al top!

Non avevo mai provato una bici elettrica ma vicino ai 70 anni ne sentivo l'esigenza per potere continuare a pedalare in percorsi con salite anche ripide nel territorio agreste dove vivo. Dalle ricerche che ho fatto la EleGlide mi sembrava idonea allo scopo e le ottime recensioni lette mi hanno convinto che sarei stato soddisfatto a un costo assolutamente concorrenziale rispetto a modelli simili e prodotti molto più cari. La bici è arrivata in meno di una settimana in un perfetto imballaggio e sostanzialmente già montata, in quanto rimaneva solo installare la ruota anteriore, il manubrio e le luci; ho completato l'assemblaggio in un'ora circa con le comode chiavi in dotazione. Nel kit è incluso un acceleratore per trasformarla in bici elettrica ma non l'ho montato. Per provarla ho percorso una trentina di chilometri con tratti in discreta pendenza (dal 2 al 7%) che ho superato usando assistenze intermedie (2 o 3), pedalando agevolmente senza assistenza nei tratti pianeggianti e in discesa; il consumo della batteria è stato il 30% circa, per cui penso che usandola con ragionevole utilizzo dell'assistenza sia effettivamente possibile avere una autonomia di circa 100 chilometri. La spinta in assistenza è molto efficace e progressiva, nei tratti pianeggianti ho pedalato senza e, stante il peso limitato (21 chili) come con una bici meccanica. Sono molto contento dell'acquisto fatto perché, usandola con i suoi 21 rapporti, si ha la sensazione di usare una bicicletta, sapendo però di potere superare difficoltà non gradite mediante l'assistenza.

Perfecta para el uso que quería darle.He esperado a hacer los primeros 1000Km para dar mi opinión.La utilizo por caminos rurales, unos 35/40Km diarios en verano, con algunas subidas y bajadas considerables. Ahora la saco los fines de semana.La autonomía es de 70/90 Km sin abusar de las ayudas. Unos 50/60Km con la ayuda máxima.Un buen precio para iniciarse en las bicis eléctricas.

All good at the moment, but only used it a couple of times, I haven't fitted the throttle handle yet either but over all a very nice looking bike, but is rather heavy.

My first e-bike and enjoying it. I bought a second battery so that I had full distance use of the first. I'm 6'4" (193cm)and 15 1/2 stone (95Kg) , it's fine for me. Was simple to get built , just watched a youtube video. I bought a spare battery too so I can max out distance on the first, plus I changed the seat post for a suspension one , seat for one with leds built in , added a front bar extender , put on a back rack and most important got a waterproof cover for the battery.NB: In the UK, if your on a public highway, you can't have the twist grip throttle attached ( it arrives not attached) in order that it's 100% legal, else it's defined as a "twist 'n' go" e-bike . Other countries laws are different hence the inclusion of the throttle.Great birthday present to myself and lots of fun.

Si monta davvero facilmente. Da un senso di robustezza. Non è vero che la sella fa schifo: io ci ho aggiunto un cuscinetto che già usavo nella precedente e va da dio. Unico problema i freni: fischiavano come un treno e allora ho dovuto cambiare le pastiglie. Ora frena benissimo. Cambi ben si cronizzati e motore che fa il suo dovere. Forse negli sterrati non sarà il massimo ma nell'urbano e extraurbano è perfetta. Batteria: fatto 40 km usando parecchio il motore e avevo ancora 3 tacche!!

Per il prezzo che ha può solamente avere pregi. Mi figlio è entusiasta, l'ho provata anche io e va che è una bellezza. Ottima fattura. Ho solamente dovuto regolare un poco il cambio aiutandomi con dei video presi si YouTube, nulla di che. Ottima autonomia. Arriva imballata alla perfezione.

This is a great bike and I really enjoy using it. After i assembled it I had a issue with a squeaking back brake and a incorrect adjusted front brake. I informed the seller who told me to go to a local repairer and they would reimburse me. True to their word they did and now we have one really happy customer. You find out how good a seller is when they react to a customer’s situation. This seller reacted quickly, promptly and satisfactorily. These are the good guys.

Sicuramente perfetta per il percorso casa lavoro che faccio circa 8 km giornaliero.Visivamente da la sensazione di robustezza ma e abbastanza pesante.Personalmente ho installato l'acceleratore perché mi aiuta nelle partenze da fermo con le marce alte.La uso sempre alla massima assistenza e l'autonomia rispetta i 55km in elettrico anche se pedali alla marcia più alta non riesci a stare dietro al motore che va più veloce di quanto potresti andare.Ho sbloccato la velocità massima a 50kmh ma non li raggiungerà mai.Io peso circa 65kg quando la batteria è pienamente carica raggiungo i 35kmh in pianura da tre tacche in giù viaggio sui 30 kmh sempre alla massima assistenza.A me è arrivata con la ruota anteriore che girava storta infatti ondeggiava da sx a dx ma l'assistenza mi ha inviato un cerchio nuovo quindi ora è perfetta.Non do 5stelle perché quando viaggio ogni tanto sento un ticchettio nel rocchetto dei pedali,i freni fischiano sempre, e rumori vari nella catena e marce nonostante le varie regolazioni.La sella è pessima infatti l'ho sostituita subito con una più ammortizzata.Nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto per il prezzo che l'ho pagato.Mi sento di consigliarla a chi non ha troppe pretese di arrampicarsi in montagna.Personalmente comprerò la eleglide t1 step true per la moglie almeno è già completa di parafango e portapacchi

Reçu dans les délais, bien emballé.C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix et je constate la volonté du fabriquant à bien faire les choses, ainsi que son distributeur.Matériaux de qualité, vis inox etc...Important !!!La notice d entretien est fourni page 44, je vous conseille de suivre les instructions. Le montage est assez simple en fait mais je vous conseille de faire :Avant de monter la Roue avant: -graisser les roulements et régler le jeux de l'axe de roue- bien vérifier le serrage des rayons (AV et AR clé de 3.5 a ) Au montage de la roue AV Bien desserer les vis du support d etrier à l etrier avant, bloquer le frein avant et bloquer les vis tout en freinant.Refaire la même opération avec le support d etrier qui est fixer sur la fourche.Cela va centrer le disque de frein et évitera les bruits et l'usure prématuré des plaquettes. Graissage de la chaîne qui est pas graisser d'origine. Bien vérifier le serrage de toute les fixation du vélo.De mon côté j'ai commandé:- les gardes boues AV et AR (non présent dans le colis)Je sais pas si il sont en option- Les pédales ( trop plastique)- une selle confortable et la tige de selle (spécifique sur ce velo qui ne permets pas de monter des selles std)Il reste à voir la qualité du vélo dans le temps surtout au niveau de la batterie controleur et moteur.Si il y a des roulements à remplacer type pedalier ou autre c'est pas trop grave et se trouve facilement danq le commerce français.En tout cas pour le moment je suis très content.

Vélo acheter pour aller au travail. 90 kms par semaine avec 10 kms de côte à 10 %.Cela fait plus d'un mois que je l'utilise et il ne m'a pas fait défaut.La batterie amovible est très pratique car elle me permet de la recharger au travail.J'ai ajouter un feu arrière rond sous la selle qui fonctionne à merveille, celui avec les clignotants n'est pas bien et ne fonctionne déjà plus correctement.J'ai également ajouté des gardes boue avant arrière.

Mon premier vélo et de plus électrique.Le prix est vraiment canon (j ai passé des heures à comparer).Je suis à 122 km et rien à signaler !Il tient sans problème les 50km d autonomie même bcq plus !Je l ai rechargé deux fois (la batterie n était même pas totalement vide) donc.J ai fais bcq de randos dans les bois, cailloux, boue....Ce n est pas un vélo de haut niveau mais comme premier vélo pour des amateurs comme moi, je recommande vivement !Le bémol, lorsque vous avez réalisé le montage, acheté une petite bombe en spray pour huiler la chaîne et les freins (il en a besoin et vous faites disparaître les petits bruits de grincement)

Super vélo mais PAS de Montagne, après 700 kms je suis plutôt satisfait mais si vous habitez en montagne laissez tombé car il vous faudra pédaler très for le moteur de 250w n’est pas suffisantMoi dans le nord je suis dans un coin plutôt plat avec très peu de grosse monté et en général je suis le plus souvent dans les chemins verts (ancienne vois ferré chez nous donc + ou – plat) j’ai rajouté la poignée accélérateur livré avec et débridé au compteur , niveau batterie ,vitesse + - 30 a 35 km/h les 10 premier km, 25 a 30 km/h de 10 a 20 kms et 20 a 25 kms/h après.Je pèse 100 kg + rajout de + - 20 kg sur le vélo ( sacoches , 2em batterie , outils etc..)En tout électrique ( accélérateur) la batteries tient entre 30 et 35 kmsEn assistance puissance max la batterie tient + - 40 kmsEn assistance moyenne ( 3 sur 5 niveau) la batterie tient 50kmsLes pneus d’origine gonflé a 3.5 bars tienne bien la route même humide et aucune crevaison pour l’instant a + 700 kms parcouruPoints négatifs : pas d’éclairage arrière ( rajouté par moi avec clignotant voir photos), freins de mauvaise qualité , reçu avec un dérailleur endommagé (j’avais un d’avance que j’ai remplacé) , et moteur vraiment pas assez puissant pour un vélo dis de Montagne.Voila j’espère que ce retour vous sera utile

Agréable à rouler. Je l'utilise dans des champs et sur piste cyclable. La batterie tiens bien, environ 60km avec l'assistance sur 4 voir le max. Le phare à perdu une pièce à l'intérieur sans doute à cause des vibrations dans les champs, le SAV hyper réactif me l'a remplacé. Qualité des soudures du cadre, c'est rassurant. A voir dans le temps.

Je regrette pas mon achat,ce vélo est pour aller au travail ou pour faire une randonnée dans la forêt,je me régale, impeccable,je le recommande

C’est mon premier vélo électrique, j’ai beaucoup hésité avant d’investir mais franchement je suis très contente, moi qui ne suis pas spécialement sportive, je ne me passe plus de ce vélo qui est fiable, la batterie tien bien j’en fais 1 heure par jour et je la charge au bout de deux jours, j’ai changé la selle que je trouvais dure et les pedales pour des antidérapantes et c’est repartie il roule jusqu’à 25 km/h et dès que j’arrête de pédaler il ralenti jusqu’à s’arrêter j’utilise très peu les freins

All in all a very good purchase, it does what I ask..going out on a bike now is enjoyable without needing a lie down for a week afterwards. Hills a thing of the past.

j'ai reçu le vélo et monté sans difficulté

Il s'agit plus d'un VTC que d'un VTT mais on peut tout de même s'amuser un peu.Le compteur était défectueux, il a été remplacé sans discussion et dans les meilleurs délais

Malgré un pb lié au livreur le vtt tient ses promesses.Un emballage très soigné !Un montage plutôt simple même si le réglage des freins à disques était à revoir...Vendeur chinois mais la langue n'est pas un barrage : j'ai pu échanger avec eux par messages et recevoir des tutos vidéos ! Ils répondent vite.VTT plutôt confortable et efficace : je fait mon trajet quotidien de 18km en 35 à 40mn selon ma motivation . Après 2 semaines d'utilisation, la batterie semble tenir ses promesses même dans des pentes assez raides.36km AR avec une assistance réglée sur 5 (maxi) et je ne perds qu'1/4 de la charge de batterie. (Avec mon sac à dos je dois peser 90/95kg)L'éclairage avant tient mal et est inutile. Je l'ai remplacé. J'ai ajouté des gardes boues et un porte bagage.L'assistance électrique est plutôt silencieuse et efficace même si son activation /désactivation n'est pas très fluide avec une latence au démarrage de 4 à 5 coups de pédales. Mais on s'y fait vite.La fourche suspendue est plutôt efficace, je l'ai testée avec succès sur chemins forestiers peu caillouteux.Pour le prix (900€), si la batterie dure, ce sera un bon investissement !
