I really love the bike. Thank you so much for being there. I will definitely buy in the future from Eleglide again. Hope the bike lasts. The only small issue is I live currently in Germany where I have steep hills the motor is a bit weaker for the hill climb but I can't really complain. Maybe I should also build some strength along the way 🙂 also regarding the hills I'll need to maintain the brake system and pads. Perhaps Sintered disc brake pads. Jól döntöttem hogy az Eleglide M2 biciklit választottam a sok más típus közül. Tetszetős forma, erős, nagy nyomatékú motor. Hosszú távra is kitűnően alkalmas.

It's perfect for the price. Over 200 km now and it hasn't had any issues. Only the front derailleur was a bit tight. It was easy to fix. Battery life is very reliable. Not 125 km but still can go upto 60-80 km on full assist mode. Excellent bike

Cyklen er fin, kører god, jeg skal dog lige justere gear. Er spændt på hvor langt jeg kan komme afsted på en opladning. Jeg bestilte cyklen den 1.12.25.....fik den først den 29.12.25. Fragten gik helt skævt, den var blevet returneret i Tyskland selvom jeg fik besked om at den ville komme den 16.12.25. Efterfølgende blev den sendt igen med FedEx som skrev at den ville komme til min adresse den 30.12.25, men kom i stedet dagen før...der er brugt noget ventetid, desværre Jeg købte den som et super godt Black Friday tilbud......få dage efter faldt prisen 30 euro... Jeg har løbende skrevet med elglide hvor det hele bare var en stor undskyldning. Jeg fik 30 euro retur, fik et sæt pedaler i " mysteri gift", hvad de lige skal bruges til ved jeg ikke da der jo i forvejen er pedaler på cyklen, derudover afventer jeg at modtage noget ekstra "gashåndtagsudstyr". Nu håber jeg bare at cyklen fungerer de næste år. Lars

Alles in allem sehr gut .. zügige Lieferung ... relativ einfach zu montieren .. Kundensupport vorhanden und gewillt Probleme zu lösen .. Leider nach drei Tagen Schlauch vom Hinterreifen geplatzt (kein Loch!!), wer weiss vlt einfach einen Montagsschlauch erwischt ... Trotzdem kann ich einen Kauf nur empfehlen .. gerne wieder !
Great bike , just under 30 miles per hour going downhill , brakes need working in at first then work great, fantastic Halloween offer , can't wait for son to receive at Christmas, 1000% recommended

No issues with the bike and Eleglide support was responsive when I emailed with a query about shipping. All in all I am very Happy. It's shortened my commute to work and going uphill is barely noticeable.
I just love this bike. Great power on take off. And very comfortable. Would love to add a throttle but I'm unsure we're to buy the right throttle. Over all 10 out of 10 thanks eliglide.
So far the bike is excellent. Did a 43 km ride with huge heights and it only drained 20% of battery. Very good if you want to bike longer distances.

Ero scettica sull’acquistare una bicicletta da Internet, ma la consegna è stata veloce forse un po’ travagliata, ma estremamente veloce. Quando è arrivata la bici è stata assemblata da me insieme al mio fidanzato, presentava un piccolo difetto probabilmente dato da una botta di trasporto. ho contattato il servizio assistenza ed in men che non si dica si sono attivati per potermi mandare il ricambio vedendo che Ricambio avrebbe ritardato troppo ad arrivare mi hanno dato un’alternativa rapida, veloce e tutto è andato a buon fine! La mia è meravigliosa M2 è una bomba! Un motore impressionante montato su un ottimo telaio resistente devo ancora finire di provare la resistenza della batteria sui lunghi tragitti, ma per ora è veramente spettacolare! Un ringraziamento va a Kaylee del servizio assistenza per la sua pazienza, gentilezza e competenza! La differenza fra un buon acquisto e un ottimo acquisto è proprio il servizio assistenza che nel mio caso è stato magistrale! 5 stelle con lode più che meritate!
